Rachel, our Chief Financial Officer, is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant and has gained extensive experience in Auditing, Financial and Project Accounting. As a former Audit Senior in Deloitte, Ireland and Project Accountant for ANZ, Melbourne, she has a strong understanding of the financial management requirements of a Civil Construction Company.

Rachel is responsible for providing strategic direction for the Business, Finance and Legal functions of the company while supporting the delivery of commercially successful projects. She also ensures there are rigorous controls in place across the business and conducts regular internal audits.

She is known for her committed approach and innovative thinking by employing lean practices and embracing new business initiatives. Rachels proactive leadership style is regarded by many in her ability to produce successful outcomes by motivating teams and influencing change management in a challenging industry.

With over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, Phil has held supervisory roles in Australia and internationally. He is a strong, strategic leader who is passionate about building a performance-driven, supportive culture and developing meaningful industry-wide relationships.

Phil, our Director, is responsible for ensuring we understand and meet the needs of our clients and continually works effortlessly to improve our client engagement. This includes targeting key growth sectors, developing new business initiatives and overseeing early engagement activities for prospective projects. He also brings strength in contract negotiation and subcontractor relations.

Phil has a proven track record of driving change and delivering results, he is motivated by developing his personnel skills. He has experience working across the public and private sectors. He has significant expertise in successfully delivering a broad range of projects, such as Civil Infrastructure and Water retaining structures, flood alleviation, building projects, and much more.

His proven performance and reliable good nature are instrumental in the development of knowledgeable, genuine and trustworthy relationships.

Darren brings over 15 years of major project experience to his role as Director for our operations with a proven track record of construction management across a varied range of sectors.

He is specialised within multiple sectors, spending 10 years gaining superior knowledge and exposure within the Civil, Commercial and Mining industries. His career has seen him work on many major projects for industry leaders in multiple states across Australia and Internationally.

Darren, a trade qualified carpenter, worked extensively in formwork carpentry. Through his “from the ground up” experience and leadership approach, he ensures the company is committed to delivering projects in accordance with legislation and exceeding client’s expectations.

An inventive thinker, Darren is client service-focused and relishes working in collaborative environments, seeking new and progressive solutions to challenging issues. His enthusiasm lies within good management and leadership development, mentoring and HSE matters.

Ronan brings over 12 years’ experience in construction and development, in various capabilities and project types across National and International Markets. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and expresses strong commercial understanding of all aspects of the construction process.

As our Construction Manager Ronan uses his extensive project experience, industry contacts and impressive project management skills to maximise value add for all our clients. He strives for best practice OH&S performance and always provides the safest possible work environment across our portfolio.

Ronan has been involved in some of Australia’s most critical infrastructure projects as Construction Manager. Having been responsible for teams’ project management professionals, Ronan has built systems to ensure the safe and successful delivery of major projects for numerous clients.

He is highly skilled in areas of innovative value engineering, effective construction processes, detailed cost planning and budgeting. This gives him the insight and discipline to contribute robust innovative solutions.
